LinX HK raises $4 million in Pre-A round to develop Luminpath

LinX HK, an AI recruitment technology brand focused on the Asian market, said it has completed a $4 million Pre-A financing round. Institutional investors including Aipollo and Lingfeng Innovation Fund contributed a combined $3 million, while individual investors added another $1 million. The company said the proceeds will be directed toward product development and AI research for its flagship offering, Luminpath. Co-founder Shuo Shan said the new capital will help the company continue refining its product and technical capabilities, with a focus on advancing Luminpath’s AI job-search agent. According to the company, the product is currently in a gray-box testing phase and is designed to support users across job discovery, resume optimization, customized application materials, and application assistance within authorized scopes.
